Protectus Ultimate™ is a water-based disinfectant that provides sustained efficacy for 24 hrs, using our residual barrier technology. Our product has been proven effective against a broad range of bacteria, yeasts and enveloped viruses.
Protectus Ultimate™ is formulated using a blend of approved biocides and REACH registered surfactants. This water-based formulation is pH-neutral and non-corrosive, making Protectus Ultimate suitable for use on a wide variety of surfaces in professional and domestic applications.

Ultimate is made out of 3 groups of carefully formulated ingredients and water.
Quats + PHMB + Surfactant + Water
Quats
Quaternary Ammonium Compounds (sometimes called ‘quats’ or ‘QACs’) are a category of human-made chemicals. They have a variety of uses, including controlling bacteria, viruses, and other germs on surfaces.
PHMB
Polyhexamethylene biguanide (PHMB) is a broad-spectrum antiseptic which avoids many efficacy and toxicity problems associated with antimicrobials, in particular, it has a low risk of loss of susceptibility due to acquired antimicrobial resistance
Surfactant
Ultimate contains a non-ionic surfactant that aids micelle formation; this stabilises the mixture, providing the effective residual surface barrier.
99.999% Antiviral
Protectus Ultimate has been proven to be effective against Corona viruses, Norovirus, H1N1 etc.
99.9999% Antibacterial
Protectus Ultimate is effective from 5 minutes against bacteria such as MRSA, E. coli, Listeria etc.
Long Lasting Efficacy
Unlike alcohol-based products that evaporate quickly, Protectus Ultimate is water based that has been proven to provide long lasting efficacy up to 24 hours on surfaces.
Destroys Biofilm
Kills and inhibits biofilm that harbour harmful pathogens and prevents bacterial contamination.
